Journey details
The Kali Gandaki Rafting Tour offers the ultimate in advanced whitewater challenges and spectacular views as it lies between the steep walls of the huge deep canyon. Whitewater rafting on the Kali Gandaki River is known to have the deepest canyon in the world (deeper than the Grand Canyon): it has incredibly steep drops of water, huge waves and white water rafting of Class III and IV. It is considered a dreamy and adventurous white river. The Kali Gandaki river rafting is recommended for people over 18 years old, with good swimming capacity and previous rafting experience.
The first day of the rafting trip begins with a warm-up exercise of 3 + + and 4 + rapids. Protective helmets and life jackets are required and are included in the drift bag. Guests with a good sailing experience can choose to cross the rapids with our expert self-service paddle guides.
Guests with less experience can choose the "rowing boat" operated and controlled by our professional team. Its crew and tour guides have many years of experience and are completely familiar with the different stages of the river. They understand the geology and history of the area and will entertain you on your rafting trip in Nepal.
